To ensure sessions run smoothly and fairly for all clients, please note the following booking terms: ๐ Advance Booking All appointments must be booked in advance. ๐ณ Payment Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before your appointment for all initial, follow-up, and additional sessions. ๐ Before Your Appointment We must receive the following before your session can go ahead: Completed Client Registration Form Any additional forms requested in advance (If applicable) Insurance details including membership number and authorisation code โณ Last-Minute Bookings Appointments made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. ๐ Cancellations At least 48 hoursโ notice is required to cancel or reschedule: Email: contact@mindscopepsychotherapy.com Via our AnonyMind booking system โฐ Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full. ๐ซ Missed Appointments Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full.
