Our aim is to provide a structured, in-depth evaluation of your experiences, alongside clear recommendations tailored to your needs. Assessment Format and What to Expect 📅 Duration: Approximately 3 hours in total, including clinical preparation and post-assessment reporting (face-to-face consultation is typically 90–120 minutes) 👥 Delivery: Available in-clinic 📌 Includes: Clinical interviews. Standardised, evidence-based ADHD screening tools. Developmental and functional history. Where appropriate, we can signpost you to relevant medical services and support your onward journey with clinical reports. Who is this Assessment for? Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy 📅 MindScope Psychotherapy – Booking Policy We look forward to supporting you on your therapy journey. To ensure sessions run smoothly and fairly for all clients, please note the following booking terms: 🗓 Advance Booking All appointments must be booked in advance. 💳 Payment Full payment is required no later than 48 hours before your appointment for all initial, follow-up, and additional sessions. 📄 Before Your Appointment We must receive the following before your session can go ahead: Completed Client Registration Form Any additional forms requested in advance (If applicable) Insurance details including membership number and authorisation code ⏳ Last-Minute Bookings Appointments made within 48 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable. 🔄 Cancellations At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule: Email: contact@mindscopepsychotherapy.com Via our AnonyMind booking system ⏰ Late Arrivals Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be treated as a missed appointment and charged in full. 🚫 Missed Appointments Missed sessions without notice will be charged in full. Payment in advance will be required for future bookings. Thank you for your understanding, these policies help provide a fair service to all clients.
