Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation (CORE-10)
💡 What is the CORE-10?
The CORE-10 is a short, 10-question tool used to check in on your overall emotional wellbeing. It looks at how you’ve been feeling over the past week.
It helps you – and your therapist – get a sense of how things are going, and whether you might be feeling:
Low or anxious
Isolated or overwhelmed
Struggling with daily life
Or finding things hard to cope with
It’s used widely in mental health and therapy settings, including the NHS, to track changes and progress over time.

🧠What does it measure?
The CORE-10 covers:
Symptoms of anxiety and depression
Physical wellbeing
How you're managing everyday stress and coping
Any risk indicators, such as thoughts of self-harm or aggression
It gives a general snapshot of your psychological distress right now.
Certified. Responsive. Compassionate.
